Your Custom Portraiture Session

A photography session with me will be a fun and relaxing experience for your family. While you are busy having fun, I'll be capturing special memories that you will treasure always.

Your session fee includes up to two hours of your very own paparazzi capturing you being you. We will go to the location of your choice which may be a park, the beach, your own home, an historic building …. anywhere really, as long as we have good natural light.

I prefer not to pose you, but rather follow you around capturing those special moments that can’t be set up. As a primary school teacher of over twenty years experience, I have a knack with children and they tend to warm to me quickly. The more relaxed your child, the better the photographs will be.

Outdoor sessions are generally held around 9am or after 4pm during the summer months to ensure the most flattering light. Indoor sessions can happen at any time of the day when natural light is in abundance.

You are free to bring along changes of clothing, dress-ups for the children, favourite toys, bubbles etc. for lots of fun photos. I can give you advice about the type of clothing to wear if you are unsure.

Pricing

N.B. prices are current as at 1 January 2010 and subject to change without notice

Sitting Fee: $100 for up to 4 people with an additonal $20 for each extra person. As I offer a limited number of sessions your sitting fee must be paid in full to secure your booking. This fee is non-refundable but I will be happy to reschedule your session due to weather, illness etc.

Your session fee includes:
* Your photo session which is usually around one hour (up to 3 hours for a newborn session)
* post production editing and basic retouching of 30 images

* images displayed in an online gallery for 1 week

Prints

Prints start at $30 for a matted 5"x7" print.

Fine Art Canvas Prints Prices start at $300 for a 16"x20" canvas

Quality albums and Framed Prints available. Prices on application.

As a guide you can expect to spend anywhere from a few hundred dollars to a few thousand dollars depending on the type of products you wish to purchase. Contact me to discuss your individual needs.
